When will I receive my order?

Depending on the item you purchased and where in the world it is coming from, it could be anywhere from 5-30 days. To track your order, watch your email for tracking information once the items have shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on a case by case basis. 

Items that are defective or missing parts due to our error are automatically eligible for a return. 

If you would like to return an item, please let us know your situation by emailing us at iam@choosingpositivity.com and we will direct you on next steps. 

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Why are some shipping options not available for my order?

Items such as nail polish, hairspray, oversized products or items that contain lithium can only be shipped via Standard Shipping. Additionally, some orders may not be eligible for Rush Shipping due to the fulfillment location of items in the order.

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?

To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations like our multiple distribution centers.

Why is my item on backorder?

Occasionally, an item for sale on ChoosingPositivity.com is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favorite color and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock.
