Believe it or not, as unique as we all are, many of us human beings suffer from the EXACT same negative thoughts daily.We have a solution to working through those thoughts so you can at least stop them in their tracks, or even get rid of them for good!

The vast majority of us DO have fears and worries every single day. Some react to and cope with them differently than others.

It's no secret that communication is tricky. No matter who you are, how long you've known someone, or how much you've studied yourself or communication, you will inevitably have miscommunications!
It's truly uncanny how many arguments occur due to miscommunications. It's even more surprising to see how arguments can spiral out of control or into something far larger due to a minor miscommunication.
Today I'd like to talk particularly about assumptions and expectations that lurk in our subconscious without us knowing, and how they impact our communication and in turn, our stress levels, our happiness, and our relationships.
